SHIPPING Items in stock will be shipped the same day payment is received where possible unless indicated otherwise. All goods are shipped
via the Royal Mail. Items may be insured against loss in transit by choosing
Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery options selectable at checkout. These options
provide the following insurance value levels
Recorded Delivery Signed For- package insured up to a maximum £32.00
Special Delivery - package insured up to a maximum £1000.00
Shipping rates vary according to the size of the order. The
final shipping costs are automatically calculated and can be viewed prior to submitting
your order at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the total order, you only pay for the weight of your package.
TRACKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If a product is out of stock we will let you know - and tell you when you
can expect delivery. You can track the status of your order at all
times by logging
in to your account with your ID and password and clicking on History.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately. You will be asked to return this and we will send a replacement where possible. Where an exchange is not available, a 100% refund will be provided. Any returns postage will also be reimbursed. You can return any faulty
or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt.
We will accept the return of single cards for any reason, as long as the
same cards are returned in the same condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds are given on receipt of the product at our address. When returning
goods for
refund, please contact us first at sales@deckboosters.com.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order prior to it
being shipped by emailing us at sales@deckboosters.com, please include your order
number when cancelling.
